Purchase Order

If you work for a large company or the government, we can accept a Purchase Order towards your registration. Please send us the name of the employer to confirm if a Purchase Order will be acceptable towards your registration.

Western Union: You can also send payment using Western Union or Money Gram. Contact the agent closest to you and have the money sent to:

You need to send US$ 500 or equivalent of US$ 500. Send the MTCN / Reference # after remitting the payment. Balance amount has to be paid by cash or traveler's cheque after arrival in Ghana.


 Step 4 Apply for the Ghanaian visa at the Ghana embassy closest to you.

 Step 5   a) Book your air-tickets.
               b) Purchase travel insurance (optional but recommended).


 Step 6  Send us your flight details

Send us a copy of you flight details (date and time of arrival, flight number and name of airlines) so that you can be welcomed at the airport. Also send us your scanned photograph to facilitate easier recognition at the airport. The person receiving you will carry a placard with your name on it. He will give you ¢100.00 Cedis in cash (to be adjusted in your account later), so you do not need to obtain local currency at the airport.

 
Step 7  Pack up and join Beacon for a memorable experience.

You just need to carry a laptop (recommended for exercises and assigments after classes). We can also provide you a laptop at an extra charge.
